Shipping Policy – Sensation Men’s Shop

At Sensation Men’s Shop, we aim to deliver your order safely, quickly, and efficiently. Please read our shipping terms carefully to understand how we process and deliver your items.

1. Order Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

  • Orders placed after business hours or on Sundays/public holidays will be processed the next working day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email.

2. Delivery Time & Charges

  • Within Karachi: 1–3 business days

  • Other Cities in Pakistan: 3–7 business days

  • Standard Delivery Charges:

    • Karachi: PKR 200

    • Other Cities: PKR 300–500 (depending on courier and location)

  • Free Shipping on orders above PKR 5,000.

⏱ Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary during holidays, sales, or due to courier delays.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available across Pakistan for most areas.

  • The delivery person will collect the payment at the time of delivery.

  • Please ensure accurate address and contact details to avoid delays or failed deliveries.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID and courier name via SMS or email.

  • You can track your parcel using the courier’s tracking portal.

5. International Shipping

  • Currently, we only deliver within Pakistan.

  • International shipping options will be announced soon on our official channels.

6. Delays or Delivery Issues

  • In case of courier delays, incorrect address, or unforeseen events (such as weather conditions), delivery may take longer than expected.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

  • If you receive a damaged package, please do not accept it and contact us immediately.

  • In case a parcel is lost in transit, we will offer a replacement or full refund after verification with the courier.
